If you have teenagers at home, make sure they understand the importance of staying home at this time – they should not feel tempted to sneak out with their friends while you’re at work.
What If You Don’t Live With Those You Care For?
It can be upsetting to have to spend time away from your family members. Perhaps you don’t live with your parents, or you’re missing your grandchildren. Staying in touch over the phone or through video calls and making regular arrangements to do so can be helpful. You may need to go shopping for elderly loved ones if they have been instructed to stay home (and even if they haven’t, it’s the safest option for those 70+).
