As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily living activities, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Home care experience is a plus but not required
