As a member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain their health, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate clients and family members on health management and care needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Experience in home care, long-term care, or clinical settings preferred
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
